Description: Following the masterclasses in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, we rounded off the Wines From Spain masterclass circuit in Jing An Shangri-La on 22nd May. The masterclass attracted over 70 educators, media and distributors from the wine industry.
At the beginning, The Economic and Commercial Consul of Spain in Shanghai, Mr. Alfonso Noriega, welcomed the guests, and introduced to them the premium quality and great diversity of Spain wines. Sam Chen conducted the tasting introducing the uniqueness of terroir, growing conditions and vineyards from seven Spain wine regions: Rías Baixas, Bierzo, Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Toro, Castilla y León and Ribera Sacra. The 12 premium wines showcased helped the attendees to better understand and appreciate the Wines from Spain as fine quality wines.
