Description: On June 19th, Wines From Spain held a masterclass in Tianjin Four Seasons Hotel. We showcased 9 wines from different DO regions to help explore the diversity and quality of Spanish wines. Ms. Ana María Martínez Jerez, Consejera Económica y Comercial of Spain in Beijing attended, together with 47 media and distributors from Beijing, Tianjin and Langfang.

The masterclass gave a diverse taste of wines from Cava, Rueda, Rías Baixas, Priorat, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, and Jerez. With the introduction from the educator Xingwei, guests renewed their knowledge about Spanish regions and discovered wines they hadn’t tasted before.             

 Ms. Martínez Jerez said, “There are more than 4,000 wineries and 70 DO regions in Spain, which provide natural conditions for crafting diverse styles of high-quality wines. Now, we bring and promote those wines to China through Wines From Spain program and Certificated Advanced Educators such as Xingwei.”
