Description: In the two-days shooting, Ms. Fongyee Walker invited four KOL from the wine industry as video shooting guests to experience the combination of Spanish wine and exquisite Chinese cuisine. The shooting location was chosen in two most influential Chinese restaurants on the Bund of Shanghai: Hakkasan and Imperial Treasure.

Hakkasan Shanghai, housed in the illustrious Bund 18 building, is a new-concept restaurant that combines the essence of contemporary London cuisine with traditional Cantonese cuisine. Fongyee selected three wines from region of CAVA, RIBERA DEL DUERO and PRIORAT to accompany Hakkasan's signature dishes, such as Crispy Peking duck with imperial caviar, jasmine tea smoked Wagyu tenderloin.

Located at the building named Yi Feng Galleria on the Bund, Imperial Treasure is the second restaurant photographed by video. As the representative of high-end Cantonese style cuisine, it has been rated as a two-star restaurant by Michelin. On that day, three distinctive and representative Spanish red, white and fortified wines from RIAS BAIXAS, RIOJA and JEREZ regions were selected to match with famous Cantonese cuisine, such as cured meat cooked with rice, pigeon egg with bamboo and spinach.

During the video filming, Fongyee and four guests introduced the overall style of each wine region respectively, and experienced the taste improvement brought by each wine after tasting each dish, they felt the balance brought by the similar style of wine and food also the oral impact brought by the different styles of the two.
