Description: We ran a wine masterclass named Inspirational Spain in JW Marriott Beijing at 14:00 on 24th April, which attracted over 60 attendees.

To showcase Spain’s diversity, the certified advanced educator for Wines From Spain Xingwei, introduced a mix of Spanish wine regions, including Cava, Rueda, Rías Baixas, Rioja, Campo de Borja, Bierzo, Ribera del Duero, Penedès, Jerez-Sherry. The 12 Spanish wines tasted in the masterclass best represent the grape varieties, the terroir and regions.

At 18:00, 20 wine media, KOLs and wine educators joined us at the “Wines From Spain” Dinner, sharing their experiences and understanding of Spanish culture and wines, discussing the prospect of Spanish wines in China.

Spain crafts a range of high quality wines from distinctive regions and various grape varieties. The winemakers combine tradition with innovative technology that makes Spanish wines popular worldwide. They guests agreed there is a growing demand in China for exceptional wines and Spanish wines meet that demands.
