WINES FROM SPAIN TALENT CHALLENGE FINAL

Description: The one-month Wines From Spain talent challenge has come to a successful conclusion. Ten competitors stood out from among the 600 total ones and competed for the final prize in Shanghai Pudong Shangri-La. They are Hu Rongzi, Feng Xiaoyu, Jia Shiyang, Li Junmiao, Lu Kai, Huang Sirui, Guo Shiyang, Wang Xiao, Li Siyang and Chen Binbin.

As the judges for the competition, Simon Zhou, founder of Ruby Red Fine Wine and Sam Chen, official certified advanced educator for Wines from Spain, praised the high- level of the players. They think Spanish wines have great potential in pairing with Chinese food, and will show amazing diversity in the coming years.

In the end, Huang Sirui won the championship and was awarded the price of travelling to Spain wine regions with the first Chinese Master Sommelier Lvyang, which was supported by Wines From Spain. Li Siyang and Wang Xiao came in second and third place respectively.
